The windproof exterior fabric has been treated with a PFC free DWR to repel summer fog and summit mists. A layering piece with a high protective collar, drop tail hem for added coverage, an elastic bottom hem and cuffs, and two zip hand pockets (you can pack this into one of them for tucking into your pack), and an exterior hang loop.
